I've been finding a lot of coins with feeder finger gouges, lately.

Not seeing what you are talking about. My apologies if I am missing something. Looks like a normal Cent with PMD and from your pics I can see some die polishing lines.

I can see the lines back of his neck and in the front area from the neck up to his mouth. Are they raised? Hard to tell from the picture.

Actually, the lines go up to the middle of his nose. I tried to post another, better picture, but it seems that the picture optimizer doesn't work with XP.

I've seen them on the Shield cents, but more near the shield:

I think I see what he's talking about, it's on the obverse between Lincolns neck and nose the most noticeable, and on the back side of his neck.

I've no opinion on it since it's a circulated coin and also has abrasions at a slightly different angle at the bottom of Lincolns coat by the VDB. A lot of flatness on Lincolns head though, like the top of his ear is gone. I'm not certain what's going on here.

I'm not sure what to make of it as a whole except a circulated coin. Die Deterioration? The C in America on the reverse isn't quite complete, shield bars are weak, the strike isn't that good in my opinion of the overall appearance of the coin.

On the neck area, those are die polishing marks. That is where the clashes happen.

Feeder Finger Damage are usually a lot deeper on the dies fields/design, which makes it rise higher on the coins.
