could be the photos but I'm seeing some field disturbances at K2 and K8 obverse. the wording on the bell does not look fully struck up. PF64. it may be CAM but I can't call the designation based on the photos as the reverse is not displaying it

Agree with what I am reading, but, given the photo, can you confirm that it is truly FBL, as expected? I am assuming that "Pass and Stow" are not doubled.
