Given the photos posted it appears so--due to aggressive die polishing.

Pareidolia suggests lots of alien-like characters appearing in close proximity to E PLURIBUS UNUM--and a crater to boot.

Is it worth getting it graded

No, the die polishing takes place at the mint--happened before the coin was struck. The die is polished, not the coin. The photos posted are somewhat low resolution--difficult to grade a coin from them. Given what I see see, the coin likely falls in the higher AU range--certainly not high enough to be worth having professionally graded.

When clashes happen, the dies are taken in for a polishing to remove the clash lines. When this happens a few times, then the fields are reduced affecting some of the sub devices on the die. Often the roof lines will go away, the 'FG' can go away, and sometimes the statue goes away or gets weaker. I call these die events. The die was normal when fresh, but not that is has a lot of aging, the die is just showing its age. So 54% of the coin struck with that die can be affected. So they are common. I feel no premium for these. PCGS used to slab the 1969-D examples, but quit because they realized it was a common even. So slabbing a face value coin would be a waste of money. You will not get back the fees you pay for this service. I add nothing on a value of a slabbed coin. To me they are what the coin is worth.

"Floating roofs" are pretty common on 1969 and 1970 Lincoln Memorials.
