Found this example in a mixed collection of stuff I picked up on ebay a while back. Photos taken using my phone, not my usual (better) set up. As such, they're not the best. Along with the fun stuff, the coin has some significant spotting on the reverse--the extent of which doesn't come through all that well in the photo.

Also note the die flow heading towards the rims. This die was already very deteriorated by the time your coin was struck.

Almost could be a internal die break. Just a bit more to go to for the circle. (A couple more strikes)
