It seems thicker especially in the date & mm than any other 58 LWC I have?

The devices can get flattened (get a bit wider, but shorter) as the coin is used. That might be what is going on.

Also the devices are normal in size. If there is Machine Doubling on the devices that have the glare, then that is probably what you are seeing. The glare is hiding what you are seeing. If the tops of the devices are what you are looking at?

Especially comparing the # 5's Unfortunately every picture you've posted is blurry and out of focus,it is impossible to help you with what we see.Focused pics are needed,tame that lighting and keep the cam/device sturdy without any movement before the pic is taken.
