Need Help Identifying Error On A 2016 Harpers Ferry Quarter
2021, February 19

Looking for help identifying an error on the obverse of this coin. The area I am looking at is the window sill to the left of the building corner. I am looking at what appears to be a soffit or gutter going around the ledge. this is not present on any of the 30 other coins I have looked at tonight. Is this an error? it seems too symmetrical for damage or a scratch.

Also, I just realized that this was an event when it is not supposed to be. Not sure what I clicked but it was unintentional. Pretty new to this forum thing haha.

@STKRollHunter, any way you can enlarge the photo and take it in better lighting? I see a heavy shadow line but there is just no way to tell with this photo.

Wexler has a lot of windows showing DDR's on this one:

Check down to the lower area for the DDR's.

Possible die chip. It is away from the target area for a DDR. The windows in the central areas are more in the area to look for these. Check out the link I posted above for more information on these.
