Repousse Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC . Any Idea Who This Is?

Should be someone of fairly significant importance for someone to have gone through the trouble and expense of making the die set for it. This is the sellers image. I'll post pictures of them in a little while. For some reason I can't bring them up in my previous image feed. Those two look like Abe Lincoln. I also agree with CMattB2 that it may have been a pocket piece at one time. Much of the detail is lost to wear.
