AU58+. Nice hole filler. Worth 3-4 cents. Finger print doesn't help.

Probably why it was released in the wild is on the reverse. Note the darker areas on the center of the 'C' and close by there is another area. These are called carbon spots. The get worse with time. But always a bad sign when they form a few years after you bought the coin.
