Whatever my call would be , would depend on if it's raw in a 2x2 cardboard holder now, or a Brown Box Ike from the mint .

It was in a 2x2. But now I placed it in my new Dansco 7070 album.

Difficult to tell--would like to have it in-hand. I'll cap it at PR67. Light rim chatter on reverse under ONE?

Very difficult to tell from photos becuase I have found that a lot can hide in those black fields. Assuming they are clean, I only see one spot that would keep it from 69, but not knock it down to 67.

I'll take it out of the album again and get pictures from a different angle to show the mirror surfaces.

OK! new pictures, taken at a slightly different angle.

Lets-Grade-My-1971-S--Eisenhower-Dollar Lets-Grade-My-1971-S--Eisenhower-Dollar

The black you saw (see) in the first pictures is the black case of the camera. The mirror like field is incredible when in hand and difficult to photograph.
