I dont know if its Machine Doubling or not. it doesn't have an even step like affect to it, more like lines. what might it be?

I have to say that;s Machine Doubling without a doubt you could tell by the flat shelf like appearance and I see some metal that;s lifted up another indication of MD.

Machine Doubling tends to only affect the center of devices and rarely then ends of the letters/numbers. But the shelf look and the pushed metal identifies it as machine doubling/die movement.
