Just pulled this out of a tube of mixed UNC memorials. Bodes well, as there are more tubes to get through.

1972 Lincoln Memorial cent doubled die - DDO-007, FS-107

EDITED: Original post wrongly attributed this as DDO-002

dang...she is smoking hot

but I would have thought DDO-002 be more thicker.

Very nice coin! Where's the "Wow I'm jealous!" emoji when you need it. I'd have to use it in almost all of my replies to tropicalbats coin finds!

I'll just use these guy... at least they're green.

I like it when I can see it before looking at the close ups!
002 or 007 (dot does look like a 007) still a beaut!
Hoping the remaining rolls allow you to post some more finds...

Aaaarghhh! Just trying to cram in a bit of searching very late at night and blew this one badly. I just looked for the die gouge in the lower vest area and saw one there and called this one DDO-002. Wrong! My time this week is really booked up, and even right now and am in a virtual conference (thankfully some of the talks are boring and I can do other things). So just did not take the care I should have before posting this one.

Coin is DDO-007! Thanks to the folks who pointed out that my attribution looked fishy, as that made me take a second look and it would have been bad for me to have a mis-ID make it to my files. Thanks everyone for the correction, it is much appreciated. I will see if I can change the title and fix the rest of this up to be correct.

The marker on the WE confirms it. I looked earlier, but if you added an image, it shows it.

Very nice! Strong doubling and a fairly fresh die state from what I see. Some of these 1972 DDOs can get really mushy as the die ages.
