Looks to me that some of that .2 gr could even be worn away on this one.
Probably normal and within allowances considering wear.

Just a melt value coin. To many distracted marks on the coin.

Could have been struck with a slightly light planchet to begin with, then like TNG stated, more loss of weight from circulation wear
