What are these bumps on the words and date on both the obverse and reverse?

@dbroo, from these pics, I'm only seeing stray circulation marks. Can you please add an arrow or two to the pics to help us see what you can with the coin in hand? Thx.

I agree, scrape marks from most likely a coin rolling machine, and lots of small post mint damage hits both sides. Fairly normal looking coin.

I have a question about a rolling machine in the modern coins. here it is what the mint use on all sides: P, D, S, W. https://www.coinnews.net/2014/01/13...circulation/Some in points of view please. I do not pronounce on this coin, only on rolling machine which is ambigue for me. Even old we must learn.

yes, there are the coin roller scrapes, but I think the OP is asking abut the raised dots on various letters, such as on the 0 in the date

I refer to it as coin wrapper damage, as it happens when the coin wrapper is crimping the roll.

I suspect the warts on the letters are small die chips.
