1989 D Dime Die Cracks

They all seem to be incuse, so not die cracks. Someone didn't like the coin and decided to deface it with multiple scratches.

There might be a die chip under Roosies nose, but due to all the scratches, the coin is still only worth face value.

It almost looks like damage from a ballpoint pen, but I can't say for sure what caused these scratches. It didn't look like this when it left the mint, so it's just Post Mint Damage. PMD

I'm seeing damage--likely intentional. Not die cracks.

no mint error here, no die cracks, just post mint damage ( PMD) Spend it.
