I will say more some kind of tissues. Finger print could not be strait but still be out strike print with oil contamination.

Without a doubt it's a finger print. Once the oils from our finger leech into the surface they can not be removed Finger prints kill any value a coin may have.

It is also permanent. The coin will eventually turn dark. But the BU rating is gone.

I know someone who could tack down the owner of that print. @Annaann911 - No worries. We all find things we can't explain and sometimes find the explanation is simple. The fun of collecting coins! Keep trying!
