1945 S Jefferson - Ragged Clip? Lamination? PMD?

IsThisAnything Valued Member United States 440 Posts	Posted 03/20/2021 3:26 pm Both ragged clip and lam feel a bit like a shot in the dark here, but the reverse at the E of EPU makes this feel like it may not be PMD. The ragged area that looks black is actually the same color as the rest of the coin, I am just having a hard time getting rid of the shadow for the photos.
