The coin is a 1936 Wheat penny. I do not see doubling. Note "in god we trust" the date and liberty. Also note the line going around the coin

Not an error.
Damage caused by a vending or similar machine.

The circular mark is from a coin rolling machine and the lip issur is Post Mint Damage.
