I am new to this but I came across this Vermont 2020 quarter and found a few things that didn't look normal has anyone seen this if so can you please tell me what it is thanks!

Are you talking about the die chip in the girls hair and just below her collar on her back? If so, these are quite common on quarters. A small area of the die has fallen away from repeated use. It may get larger with die use.

If you are talking about the Machine Doubling on the incuse devices, this happens about 70% of the time. There are no doubled dies on this area of the coin. All the DDRs are on the central area of the design.
This is the target area for doubled dies on the ATB reverses

I think that is a circular zipping ring. I'll have to look later to see if it is on all of them, or not? (On my tablet now)
