I am looking for help grading and identifying the variety of this Fugio Cent if possible. The last 7 is worn and it says "STATES UNITED".

this coin is a great candidate for some Verdi-Care if you can find any. I think it would help improve it greatly and allow for an easier attribution.

Thanks. I checked the link for veri-care, but nothing came up. Any idea what the value of this coin may be?

Mind you I'm not an expert on colonial coinage pricing, but if it's real it may be worth anywhere from $225 to $400 in that condition. Now conserved to a better look could add a couple of hundred to that number possibly. It needs to be evaluated by someone that knows what they are doing as far as attributing the variety and conserved by an expert that can help an old corroded coin with verdigris, and possibly other minor problems. A company like NCS might be of help. Though grading the coin will it will always be a "details" coin so right off the top that will knock the price down 15-25% at least from a coin without issues. Best bet is to look on ebay and great collections see what similar looking coins have been selling for recently to come up with an idea of current value.

Thak you. It's definitely real, and was found detecting an old home foundation.

I'll say VF details (heavy ED). Keep us up to date if you attempt to conserve it.
