1923 Mercury Dime - Seeking Opinions On Grade

Yesterday I posted about this dime which has a lot of sentimental value to me. It was preserved in the wall of an old house and recovered by my dad during a reconstruction.
This is a re-post with better pictures.
The coin's most impressive feature is it's beautiful shiny luster which is hard to demonstrate with these pics from my crappy phone-camera.
Anyways, I know that a 1923 AU Mercury dime is not a very valuable treasure and I have no intentions to sell this coin. Just curious what you guys think about it's condition.

. XF45 to AU50? You might look into having it slabbed by ANACS since it has so much sentimental value.

I'm at AU53/55 and I'll pull the Details designation I gave it on your other thread. Pics still aren't the sharpest, but these are much better than the other set!

Thanks again for the great feedback. I agree that it is around AU55 and it feels good to be validated!
I might invest in a better camera setup for future posts.
