Do you guys think that the blakesley effect caused this lamination directly across from the clip?

You has two problems:

1. the rim which I do pronounce, been not my specialty.

2.Delam. I explained you in your last post what it is. So looking on this coin seem to be. If you can look close from the side you must see clear separation to be a delam. I will clean before with mineral alcohol. This do not affect the quality of your coin. My opinion is a nice delamination which was up on the moment of strike (missing T from TRUST) and after passing through the processes was pushed back.

A side close look will make you understand and know the symptoms of delamination.

Coincidence could happened. Will be remarkable to be a "Remarkable coincidence"

For me it is a nice delam with striking effects. For price I do not pronounce because I am not constant in the daily market. I buy more in auctions and sell also in auctions (only 4 houses I do)

That's what I like so much about collecting coins @Silviosi - You can never say never - always an exception even if a rare event......

IMO, straight clip with leaning towards PMD.
