Let me guess? All the second image devices are mirrored and incuse (Not raised) It will look like this:  This example was sold on eBay from a bottom feeder. I sent him a message it was fake, and he still sold it any way.

Well it show the same thing I posted. You have a damaged coin, worth face value. It is now a cull coin. When it get back to the bank, it will be thrown into a box of other coins to be sent back to the mint to be canceled. (waffled)
