I think VF30+ maybe VF35 technical, old cleaning and rim damage at 12:00 on the reverse, I also see a bit extending to the obverse.

EAC grade VF30/net20 due to rim bump

Yup - agree with the VF but don't see the ED. I think details with the rim issue.

I don't see damage to the date or to the "ES" of STATES or leaves at the rim. IMHO, this one straight grades.

I'm with @westcoin here, EAC VF-20. I'd see it as a bourse floor mid-VF. You came in at Greysheet, probably to offset the rim ding. Fair price and a decent coin. No downside here.

I received the envelope for this coin yesterday in my locked mailbox. The envelope was cut open and the contents were missing. I spoke with my mail carrier today who does not remember that the envelope was cut open. I reported the theft to USPS and ebay and they are investigating, but it seems like I will have to eat the price of the coin. Thinking of reporting it to the police, but wonder how much they care about a $70 theft. Not happy today, but lean on my many other blessings in life.

I'm not sure. ebay is investigating so they'll let me know, but I doubt it.
