Paint damage on filed down/grinded down post mint damage on reverse. Value: 25 cents, if you can convince someone it's still a quarter.

I have one for cents, nickels, dimes ad quarters. It seems like a lot of damaged coins appear here, I post an image, and I'm able to move on to the next thread. I've been experimenting with the same program for 30 years, and still learning something new daily.
