1986 D Lincoln Penny Machine Doubling / Rim Ridge

Hi There,

Yesterday, I posted a penny about an elevated rim which would be considered ridge rim.

Now, I have this penny in question, I see it has a ridge rim.

But, I see doubling on the date, it looks like the 8 is a double.

I am assuming it can't be a double die (could be wrong) because the doubling is made in the die. I haven't seen it on the books.

I am thinking it is a Machine Doubling some how related to the ridge rim.

Also note how there is a die break underneath on the inside of the D mint mark.

What do you guys think ?
