It's a very well worn lamination error. Unfortunately there is no premium for the error do the extensive wear of the coin but it's still cool looking and unique

6 Indian Head cents
10 Buffalo nickels
4 War Nickels
6 older wheats
2 Liberty nickels
copper blank planchet

All in old 2x2's. I think he got them from a local antique mall. Also my girlfriend's nephew gave me a box of Lincoln cents (there were a few laughs for that one). A US Mint gift certificate from her mother, and a microscope from her.
