Back in the day when these were much more popular, this would have been referred to as an "IIB" cent. Stick an "I" between any two letters of "LIBERTY" and there you have it. In that effect, "BIE" coins are most common, but there are "EIR","RIT", and "TIY" coins as well.
All of them have some nominal value because there is some activity in their trade. A dollar or so premium comes with every BU specimen, and less for the circulated coins.
