If you look at the word private, you will see numerous smears, just part of the printing process. As far as cost, seeing that it is a 20 dollar bill, I would say then that it would cost $20.00 Report this Post to the Staff

If you found the note that was serial numbered 556 notes higher (77777777) then you would have something pretty cool and valuable. Solid serial numbered notes command a pretty high premium. SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 04/10/2021 2:43 pm Very minor ink spatter. but noticeable because most collectors inspect the series date when evaluating a note. The spatter makes the "1" look like an "L". It's kinda cool. If I found it in circulation, I might be tempted to keep it as a conversation piece, but I wouldn't pay anything above face to own it.
