Obverse looks erie, like eyeball socket with no eyeball, and looks faded. Very smooth with alot of details missing. Reverse is blank, except for some torch, etc. in center. I just saw a 2016 "D" dime with very similar obverse, but the reverse was normal. I am not a professional coin person. I can barely be called an amature. If you only have an opinion, thats fine. If you are familiar with this your feedback would be appreciated. Thanks
The reverse was ground down. Among other things, the fact that the clad layer is worn through around the edge means it couldn't have been struck that way. The obverse looks like the same thing to a lesser degree.
