I see the slightest bit of rub on the high points; if it were me, I'd call it cabinet rub and refer to the coin as Mint State. Not the smoothest of planchets, but a decent strike. MS-63.

Yes. Very nice. Puts both of mine to shame. I would like to upgrade all the cents in my 7070 to red. At least most of them to red. Again very beautiful coin.

What a great coin. How did you aquire it ? The reason I ask is with all the Chinese fakes around a buyer should really know their seller.

Very slight wear above the ear- is that wear to bring it down to AU58 or is just a weak strike?

I would guess it is RED MS62/MS63. But I have little experience with these as far as grading and strikes go. It would grade a bit higher but I have drooled on it, so sorry and excuse me!  The stuff dreams are made of .... beautiful!
