Grading through toning is definitely not my strong suit...... then again, neither is grading, period!

i can see why she was calling your name. I think she is really close to MS65 but its very difficult to determine if there is any circulation due the toning of the surfaces. I would be inclined to acetone her to see if some of the darker spots, mainly around the date area, and maybe just touch her overall look up.

The top of the wings and the area just above the eye are "soft" as are other places on the reverse.
I don't know if that wear or weakness of the strike.
Grade depends upon how NGC interpreted that.
Possibly a slider (AU-58).

they must have nailed it for surface preservation and eye appeal and obverse is a little weak but 2 full points seems extreme. at worst it should be in a MS64 holder

I've seen worse looking coins in MS-67 holders.
