To me, it has better eye appeal than the sole 68 example for 1938-D....

HUGE DDR. Love the monster DDRs on the 38s and 39s, they're just insane.

I'd say 67+RD.

Certainly no less than MS-67RD, but up in that stratosphere I don't have much experience.

Yowza!

Very few small contact marks on the obverse and an incredible reverse. MS-65 and MS-66 are pretty common for 1938-D, but this one is distinctly better than the pack. MS-67 RD all day.
