Hi all,
I am torn - I like the 1921 Peace and had no thoughts to sell, but as noted in the other conversations, if the prices are going krazy it may be a good time to sell. Please help grade this one.. Shame about the cheek ding..
Thanks in advance

Does look like it's had an old cleaning. Obverse looks AU55, reverse AU50. I'll say AU53.

Ty analyzes it well. AU-53 sounds right.

EF45/40 for me as well. It could have enough luster to break into AU territory, but it's always best to side on the conservative side in grading. The reverse I don't like at all, looks like some one cleaned it roughly awhile back and it's now just returning to a normal look.

Its true the reverse looks worse and I think cleaned in its past too..
But luckily - with the buy up of 1921s for the 2021 Peace, the obverse is the important side..!

I was originally looking at XF45, Au50 .. and was happy with that being what it was, but then the other thread (the dumbfounding one) with the PGCS coin, significantly lower, being graded at AU55.. it got me thinking ..
ah well....
