Looks like a cent made into a magician coin and a play money plastic coin, glued into the hollowed out cent. Created to deceive. Just 'funny money ". Probably created to sell on ebay. Just an altered coin.

p.s.- Never a good idea to hold coins with pliers. Coins are made of soft medals, and the pliers can scratch the coin's surfaces, Just fyi.

Very interesting. Also, the memorial building reverse is not found on 2009 cents. Suggest not using metal needle nose pliers or tweezers to hold coins.
