These are sellers photos cropped. Coin is in NGC holder. Think I got a good price but with the Heritage buyers premium, taxes plus shipping, not so sure.

I think I'd put this at MS64. Too much chatter I think for a 65, but the chatter looks light/superficial enough that it wouldn't drop to a 63

I think I would say MS-64. If I may ask how much?

A 64 grade is most likely, but a 65 would not be a surprise.

I could see it edging into 65.

I'd say MS-64. The deep cuts on the eagle keep it from any higher.

MS64+ would go 65 except for that hit across the eagle's chest.

Large cut on upper right of Eagles breast keeps coin at MS64.

Reverse usually carries much less weight and the obverse on this is stunning. I don't think that hit on breast hurts it too much I'd pay 65 money for that coin all day long.

Interested to see what NGC thought.

for the most part you are going to see above average strikes on the 82(CC). this one does not quite make that with flat hair around the ear and eagle breast not as sharp as it should be. luster and surface preservation are there however there are quite a bit of marks, scuffs and even a railroad hit on the cheek as well as abrasions on the neck. the biggest issue I see is the dig across the eagle breast and leg. although a decent coin I cant see it slabbed at 65. MS64

I'm seeing a ton of chatter on the obverse, I really can't see this being better than an average 64 IMO
