I see what looks like possible doubling or on the wording of the entire obverse of the coin. Please take a look and let me know what you think. Thank you.

All the 1960 DDOs are proof coins. None are business strikes on V.V.

Wexler's site (Brians) has no DDOs, just one DDR.

So if you made side by sides, you might be able to see if they are the same or different. Your images are not large enough to create this. (This is a case where size does matter.)

I am currently using a cell phone for taking these pictures, I do have a microscope but it does not have a camera.

Nickel doubled dies are very tricky since many of the coins are poorly struck and circulation wear on nickels wipes out evidence of doubling worse than on most denominations because the devices are so thin and delicate. Without a close up, definitely can't give a definitive yes or no, but I do see what looks like Die Deterioration Doubling, which I would guess is what you're confusing for a DDO.

You can try buying one of those clip on magnifiers that clip over the camera on your phone.
