1890-CC Possible VAM 11 (Grease In Mintmark)

My wife bought me this and I am not the best on circulated Morgans and I know 1890cc is a common counterfeit date. The mint mark seems off to me. The first C in the CC is weak like it is grease filled, but under magnification it seems like they may have tooled an O into a C and then added a C. The second C is almost touching the leaves. The closest VAM seems to be 11, but I see no mention of grease.

As for grade I am thinking this is a VF 25, would you agree with that.

Something helpful for finding legit mint marks is to look through all the ones listed at PCGS. For this one:

Looks OK to me. A quick look on Heritage shows many minor position variations for the CC. Genuine , IMO.
