Let me rephrase that. I began looking on wexler copper coins variety Vista to educate myself on double dies and RPMs so when someone asked me where I see a doubling or an RPM I can refer them to where I was looking. I didn't mean for it to come off as rude or snarky and I don't have trained eye and every one of my submission so far have been shot down so I was anxious to explain where I got my information even if it's not a double die

@chip, I'm glad that you are spending some time on the various error sites--something I need to do more myself. At least from these pics, I'm having trouble seeing the doubling. Where specifically do you see this with the coin in hand? Referencing the website that you see a match on helps, but even more helpful would be to list which specific attribution you think you have (e.g. 2004D-1DR-001). Thx!

Given the photos posted--some very good--I'm not seeing evidence of a doubled die (reverse). I agree with Spence, please share with us where you see the doubling.

Which one do you think it is? You seem to have just written "coppercoins.com" to avoid being called out for not doing research, but you haven't even found a possible match. As far as I recall, there are no DDRs with pickup points on ONE CENT for this date, so it really feels like you're just dropping the name of the site to continue using us for attributions without putting in effort to ID things yourself. Edit: just to be clear, you do get how doubled dies work now that you've been reading about them, right? Doubled dies are, as the name suggests, properties of the die, not the individual coin. As such, it is possible to catalog the various dies with doubling for a given year. This is what variety sites attempt to do. This allows us to give a commonly known reference number for the die that everyone else can compare the coin against rather than needing to describe the individual coin (e.g. we can say "I think this is DDO-001" rather than "I think this is a Class V DDO with a pivot point at 5 o'clock most visible with split serifs on G of GOD in IGWT").

I think you should submit this coin to PCGS.
