to the CCF I can't see anything on any of those coins that can't be attributed to damage or zinc rot. They are all PMD. In the future to avoid confusion, please one coin showing both sides per post

@gg, first welcome to CCF. Second, the only thing that I would add is that your '84-D cent has a linear plating bubble that is both above and below LIBERTY.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I'm trying to upload another picture of the 1990 penny. I'd like to get a better understanding of the double die error.

Finally got the other photo to post lol Is the doubling around the 9's and 0 from md or just a weird coincidental PMD?

Ok yes, the latest pic is a little blurry, but the date and mintmark are consistent with die degeneration doubling.

Suggest posting one coin per topic thread--makes it much easier for many of us to focus our attention. Thanks.

You need to read all these posts by Coop and you will have a much better understanding of many errors or varieties. There is a wealth of information contained in them. Happy Hunting and welcome. https://goccf.com/t/265641

From what I see, is damaged coins. If a coin is damaged, it is just a spender. A damaged coin never has a premium for them. My motto, it is looks like something I wouldn't buy, put them back to work. When they get back to the banks, they will return them to the mint to be cancelled.

"Some DDO on the date" tells me that you would benefit a lot from reading about what a doubled die actually is and how they're made. Specifically, I suggest reading the sections of Wexler's die varieties on doubled dies and the sections on worthless doubling.
