Found this odd dime, curious do you think this a strike through or Die Deterioration? Trying not to add too many photos, if you would like more please let me know. Both sides include this burst around entire coin. All opinions greatly appreciated, I'm still very green with this hobby.

A VLDS (Very Late Die State) die example. Not a premium Just an aging die event. Also could be a Grease Fill on the die as well. Note the devices are not enlarged a lot. So a previous die polishing may have altered the die leaving these devices smaller because of sever field polishing. The reverse that was not polished as much is showing the typical Grease Fill with the widening of the devices.

Agree, combination of VLDS and likely grease effects. Worthy of a 2X2.
