Very high luster, "original" coins. Features are dull but luster is high.

Rare dates, a 1927D just went for over $1000. Can't set up a picture as the coins are "html" extensions not jpg.

I would post a link but not sure if I'm allowed.

If you go to ebay and search " Buffalo nickels" and "fresh from original roll" you'll see a bunch of these.

Not to send you on a wild goose chase, but what do you think? I'm thinking they took XF and VF coins and nickel plated them. Maybe polished.

If posts like this aren't allowed, my apologies.

It's the same seller who was discussed on this thread a few days ago.

Yes, same seller. Canyon city coins. Not to be confused with CANON city coins (which is a small city in Colorado).

I once was bidding on a "mint" roll for Mercury dimes and I bid. Someone quickly outbid me. I outbid them, then I was banned by the sellers. My guess is it was part of a shill bidding scheme.

Below is a link to the 1927 D Buffalo that sold for $1203. The coin is not nickel plated. Juiced photos.

That's it, Slider23. Not sure what is going on the features seem smashed and worn. The surface is not obviously.
