I assume the "D" mint mark is for the Daqing Mint.

I just want to know how the guy gets bids. Are people bidding on the 88 D as a fantasy coin?

An essential date for any collector. It goes well with their remarkably similar 1886-CC and 1903-CC Morgans.

Between this fake coin and the fake 1931-S Lincoln from Russia, my head is spinning.

Just for my own education, were there any 1921-D with a D that big? I assumed that the counterfeiter just stole a 1921-D reverse but all of them I looked at have a tiny D.

Mint marks on the 1921-D Morgan are much smaller. This one is not a copy of anything.
