panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18664 Posts	Posted 06/12/2021 12:47 pm the 00(O) for the most part have average strikes. this one I would put in that box. all the photos presented are displaying what appears to be some dullness in the cheek which could be from broken luster or the photos. I'm going with broken luster as its consistent across all the pics. a bunch of small ticks on the obverse along with the broken luster would probably hold this one to MS64 Report this Post to the Staff
