What would you grade her? My opinion is that it is near gem quality, but the coin however does have some weakness above the ear.

Natural lighting in the bright pics and incandescent lighting makes up the rest...

I would say ms-63. I am wondering about surfaces in the top set of images but I am now thinking that it is the lighting.

The coin has a weak strike and the luster appears soft. The marks on the coin are in the MS65 range. I am at MS64.

the 00(O) for the most part have average strikes. this one I would put in that box. all the photos presented are displaying what appears to be some dullness in the cheek which could be from broken luster or the photos. I'm going with broken luster as its consistent across all the pics. a bunch of small ticks on the obverse along with the broken luster would probably hold this one to MS64

I'm at MS64 not uncommon to see wonderful luster and satiny surfaces on 1900-O coins. A bit to much light chatter going on to make a full gem 65 or better coin to me, but it's close.

My first reaction was MS-64/MS-64+. I think we're seeing it in the same ballpark. It's a nice solid coin.

I'd say 64+. I have certainly seen worse looking 00-Os in 65 holders.
