Got a great RPM - 1970 S/S north RPM-001 in ms red. Has the die chip in the "C" on reverse like in variety vista. But as Coop notes, I've heard they are found in mint sets more often. Since this book has all the proof coins from 1975 - 2004 (including clear and filled), I'm guess the collector was breaking out special mint sets as well. That person didn't note the variety though.
