Can you explain what it is you are seeing? Nothing jumps out at me except the fingerprint.

I vote fingerprint. Even if it were a clashed die the feathers don't line up.

Finger prints don't leave incuse marks on the bust. I'm thinking the coin was squeeze with another coin. Not a clash, but just damaged.
