Hey all so I'm pretty sure this one definitely qualifies as a double, and not only that but shows signs of doubling on both reverse and obverse.

IMO, what I'm seeing Reverse is Machine Doubling, Obverse die deteriorating doubling....no added value above face

On this coin (as it is different from the other one you posted like this one, it is not the same answer on the rim area. On this one the Machine Doubling caused a tilt during the strike on the way down. Thus leaving a small fin on the same area that was on the other coin. But it is different. The fin on that are has already been flattened a bit. Also on the reverse we see this fin. But neither this or the Machine Doubling is a premium for this coin.
