Found this while coin roll hunting; it does not seem to be zinc blistering. In this condition, do you think it would bring any premium if it's a spike head.
Nice long die crack spike head you have there. I'd throw it in a 2x2 and keep it if it were mine. I appears to me that there is a second die crack to the west of the large one. Can't tell if that one is a scratch or not but it looks as though it extends from the rim, through the E in WE and into the relief of the hair. Pretty neat, if so, but like it has already been said, only a die hard collector of these things may pay just a very small premium, nothing worthwhile IMHO.
Edit: Be sure to check the Reverse of the coin. Being a 1999 Linc, make sure you don't have a Wide AM ( WAM). Odds are minuscule it is but they are out there to be found.
