Suggest posting large and sharp images of the coins obverse and reverse--using lighting which shows all detail (no glare, no shadows). Pareidolia may be in-play.

Hard to see anything from those pictures. Please post a clear photo of both sides of the coin with no shadows. We can't help you with what we can't see.

 Pics needed to see whole coin. Im going to go out on a limb here without said pics. I guarantee there are not ears all over the place on your Lincoln Cent. Not even remotely possible to happen at the mint. With PMD (post mint damage) pretty much anything is possible except for faking a real event.. Keep searching..
