Well not me but some of my Aussie coins are on wikipedia which I found it a bit hilarious as my photography isn't the best.

this is probably a dumb question to people who know but how do they make those coloured coins shown on that page? It isn't like a sticker that peels off is it?!

The colour image is pad printed directly onto the coin surface. So, no, it's not a sticker. Not sure of the actual process, but the coins look very impressive.
