if it is a grease strike then it is on both sides but the markings dont suggest grease strike, is it a capped die
Weight 3.11 grams. not thin planchet.

Weight? It might be a thinned planchet? Note the weakness on the highest points of the coin.

3.05g is in the tolerance. It is just a Greaser.

Or it could be both. It would be 3.11 if it were all grease. So I feel it is a bit of both. The grease will widen the the devices, but the under weight would also also make the devices weaker. So it maybe a bit both things happening on this coin.
